What Services Do You Provide?

We provide a full range of cleaning, support and facilities management staff ranging from supervisors, front of house staff, receptionists, porters, housekeepers, etc. to chambermaids.

We also undertake hotel refurbishments, including preparation of floors, walls and ceilings, redecoration and replacement, floor coverings, interior and exterior painting and debris removal.

We provide commercial and industry cleaning services, including Large Scale Self Storage facilities, Commercial Kitchens, and specialist surfaces including Marble and chewing gum removal.

How do you employ, train and monitor your staff?

We have strict policies on Staff Vetting, Training, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Customer care:

All KT & T staff are vetted for their eligibility to work in the UK and copies of relevant documents are taken for this purpose.
A number of our staff have or are currently acquiring NVQs in Cleaning, Customer Service and Housekeeping.

Our staff are trained in Health and Safety procedures, COSHH, Manual Handling, Safe Systems of Work and Safe Food Handling
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are regularly prepared and updated.
KT&T Health and Safety Manager is trained to the CIEH standard.
We follow a strict Health and Safety Policy.

We have a Quality Assurance System in place and rigorously checks our working procedures. Thus, we ensure consistent performance and are able to meet our customers' expectations.
Our policies are constantly monitored and reviewed by our supervisory staff and by site surveys.

How do you care for the Environment and provide a Truly Green Cleaning Service?

KT&T Ltd actively promotes and uses the Ionator EXP, an innovative chemical free cleaning device, that turns tap water into a powerful cleaner.
